It has to do with Kacy VanDuinen saying one thing about genetic testing on her commercial dog breeding websites to the public, and then something different to me:

* KACY SAYS TO THE PUBLIC ON HER OTHER BREEDING WEBSITES...

Kacy assures the public that all her dogs are DNA tested to ensure genetically sound puppies. i.e. On the Lagotto breeding site, MICHIGAN LAGOTTOS, which was created in 2018, DNA TESTING is held in high regard, and on the outset, Kacy greatly stresses the extensive DNA testing of her dogs to make known that she is "Dedicated to a Healthy Legacy of the Lagotto Romagnolo". These descriptions are used for her Lagottos dogs:

"...which means his [Boone's] offspring will never be at risk for any of these diseases!" ....................................... .....
​
"She [Timber] is a carrier for . . . but since Boone is clear their offspring will never have the chance of being at risk." ............. ...............................
​
"Cedar also tested CLEAR for over 160 genetic diseases! including ...DM, VWd,...EIC and many more!" ........................................................

Another of Kacy's breeding site, DUE NORTH WESTIES, relies on extensive genetic testing to assure potential buyers of healthy dogs:

*He [Hipster] tested CLEAR for over 160 genetic markers for disease throuhg[sic] Embark!*
