    Purchasing a Puppy with a Contract    by Denise Fenzi

Denise discusses what typical dog purchase dog contracts look like from breeder's and buyer's points of view.  While most contracts were agreeable to both parties, there were some contracts that ranged from mild, to "over the top bizarre."  Denise talks about when a buyer might consider renegotiating the contract, when to walk, and when to run screaming.  I found that that most contracts are not legally enforceable, which would include the new contracts on Kacy VanDuinen's current breeding businesses.  It's a very interesting read if you're considering buying a puppy from any breeder.
